We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Associate for our Watches & Fine Jewelry department at a prestigious boutique in Geneva. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of care. As the face of the boutique, you will create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, providing each customer with a personalized, exclusive experience that makes them feel valued and appreciated.
Responsibilities:
- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain a results-oriented mindset while fostering a positive, can-do attitude at all times.
- Create a welcoming, client-focused environment by delivering exceptional service in-person, over the phone, and through digital communication channels.
- Build and nurture both local and international client relationships, with the ability to attract and retain high-value clients.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, engaging clients with the stories and details behind our offerings.
- Collaborate with the management team to resolve client issues efficiently, ensuring both client satisfaction and business success.
Profile:
- 2+ years of retail experience, with mandatory experience in Fine Jewelry
- Strong drive for business results combined with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster long-term relationships.
- Highly empathetic with an agile, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in French and English; additional language skills are a plus, especially Russian
