For one of our clients based in Geneva specialized in Venture Capital and Private Equity, we are looking for a « Compliance and Regulatory Officer » for a temporary contract. The required tasks and skills are the following:

– Monitor validity of KYC requirements for several entities

– Monitor regulatory reporting duties in different jurisdictions for different
regulated entities (General Partners, Limited Partnerships, Investment managers, etc.)

– Perform monthly compliance reports

– Assist from time to time on other related duties, such as onboarding of limited partners, account openings for entities, etc.

– Collaborate with the Operations Director to support AML audits and compliance

Skills Required: - 3 to 10 years of experience in compliance/regulatory functions - Knowledge of the regulatory environment in the BVI (Luxembourg and Switzerland a plus) - Experience with investment companies, financial companies and investment funds - Strong understanding of complex structure, patrimonial holdings and cross border activities - Excellent proficiency in both English and French (both written and spoken) - Higher education degree required, ideally in Finance or Law.Skills Required: - 3 to 10 years of experience in compliance/regulatory functions - Knowledge of the regulatory environment in the BVI (Luxembourg and Switzerland a plus) - Experience with investment companies, financial companies and investment funds - Strong understanding of complex structure, patrimonial holdings and cross border activities - Excellent proficiency in both English and French (both written and spoken) - Higher education degree required, ideally in Finance or Law.
