At this moment the client is interested in bringing in a Senior\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"caret-color:#000000; font-size:14px\">Relationship Manager<\/span><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt\">\u00a0to their wealth management department who will be overseeing a large book of Swiss Onshore UHNW clients.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:medium\"><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt\"><span style=\"font-family:\"Segoe UI\",sans-serif\">As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will be in charge of growing and overseeing your book of clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all business development and advising clients on their investments. The ideal candidate must be commercial and results driven whilst seeking to add value to their clients in their investment strategy. S\/he must be able to work in a demanding, fast-paced, and high-profile financial environment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:medium\"><span style=\"color:#000000\"><strong><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt\"><span style=\"font-family:\"Segoe UI\",sans-serif\">Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt\"><span style=\"font-family:\"Segoe UI\",sans-serif\">Must be able to bring in minimum revenues of a $1 million within 12 to 15 months.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt\"><span style=\"font-family:\"Segoe UI\",sans-serif\">Must be able to bring in a minimum of $100-150 million in AUM within the first 2 to 3 years.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt\"><span style=\"font-family:\"Segoe UI\",sans-serif\">The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship management skills and have a demonstrated experience of managing and handling the sophisticated needs of individuals and families. The right candidate will be effective in gaining an in-depth understanding of client\u2019s needs and advising on a diverse range of wealth management solutions.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt\"><span style=\"font-family:\"Segoe UI\",sans-serif\">S\/he Must have experience in controlling and monitoring of risk within a client book.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt\"><span style=\"font-family:\"Segoe UI\",sans-serif\">S\/he will need to have substantial experience of the Financial Services industry, particularly in the areas of regulated products and services to HNW &#038; UHNW customers.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt\"><span style=\"font-family:\"Segoe UI\",sans-serif\">The candidate will maintain a full, up to date understanding of the general financial markets dynamics and current financial concepts.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:medium\"><span style=\"color:#000000\"><strong><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt\"><span style=\"font-family:\"Segoe UI\",sans-serif\">Profile : <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt\"><span style=\"font-family:\"Segoe UI\",sans-serif\">Minimum of 10-15 years of experience developing and managing UHNW clients.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt\"><span style=\"font-family:\"Segoe UI\",sans-serif\">Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics preferred.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt\"><span style=\"font-family:\"Segoe UI\",sans-serif\">Demonstrated experience applying deep credit expertise, working knowledge of investment portfolios and trust solutions.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt\"><span style=\"font-family:\"Segoe UI\",sans-serif\">Ability to foster and maintain private banking relationships with high level of competency.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt\"><span style=\"font-family:\"Segoe UI\",sans-serif\">Proven ability of business development and origination experience of new UHNW clients.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt\"><span style=\"font-family:\"Segoe UI\",sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">A successful client onboarding track record dealing with complex and sophisticated investment requirements.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt\"><span style=\"font-family:\"Segoe UI\",sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">Excellent language skills, in French, and English.
