\n1. Private Banking Tasks<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

  • Act as a primary contact for clients, ensuring their requests are handled efficiently and professionally.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
  • Support the preparation of financial plans, investment proposals, and performance reports.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
  • Assist in managing client accounts, including account openings\/closures, wire transfers, and banking transactions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
  • Handle the onboarding of new clients while ensuring compliance with KYC and AML requirements.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
  • Coordinate with external banks and financial institutions to facilitate transactions and manage client portfolios.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
  • Monitor investment accounts and provide updates to wealth managers on performance and required actions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Organize and coordinate client meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n

      3. Wealth Planning and Investment Support<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

          Qualifications and Skills<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span>
          \nMandatory:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

          • Fluency in at least two of the three main Swiss languages (French, German, or Italian); proficiency in English is required.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
          • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
          • 3+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial services.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
          • Strong understanding of financial instruments, banking operations, and investment products.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
          • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with financial or CRM software.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
